• All UK and worldwide orders (excluding USA) are shipped from our UK fulfilment centre in London. Orders placed before 12pm (UK time) will be shipped the same day and will get delivered in 1-3 working days. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following day.
• All USA orders are shipped from our USA fulfilment centre in New York. Orders placed before 12pm (EST time) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following day.
• All custom products take 4-5 weeks to arrive as they are made to order.

 

 

Combined Stock Levels

 

• Stock levels shown on-site are combining both our UK and USA centre stock levels.
• On rare occasions, when an item you ordered isn't in stock at the most desirable centre, we will ship from the centre which has the stock. This means your order will take longer to arrive.
• Despite these rare occasions, we truly believe having combined stock levels is great for you. You can now order items that would have previously been shown as out of stock, because we share stock across two centres.

• Make sure you get your size right, you don't want to go through the hassle of returns and exchanges.

  Follow these 3 easy steps:

  • Step 1: Find any string/wire and a ruler.
  • Step 2: Wrap the string/wire around your wrist and pinch where the ends connect.
  • Step 3: Place the measured string/wire next to a ruler and you will see your wrist size.
